Driver CPC Initial Qualification Test
In addition to being successful in passing the multiple choice and hazard perception clips test anyone who wants to drive a bus or coach for a living will also need to undertake and pass the case study test.
Each case study is based on a real life scenario that a bus or coach driver could come across. The test consists of up to seven case studies, which are made up of a paragraph of information about a driver and his/her journey or encounter. After the delegate has read through the case study they then need to answer a number of questions about each and every case study.
So, the case study test is made up of 7 case studies, each with between 5 and 10 questions – maximum score of 50 and to pass a score of 38 and above is required, a 76% pass rate.
The case study test time given is 1 hour 30 minutes. |
